Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Non IT Recruiter to support our hiring process for domestic clients. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic clients.
• Coordinate between clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
• Support in any additional HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
