Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Experience Required: 2–5 Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Industry Preference: BFSI / NBFC Company: ICICI AMC Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in the BFSI/NBFC industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and managing the complete hiring lifecycle for non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels Screen and shortlist profiles as per business requirements Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires Required Skills: Strong experience in core recruitment/Talent Acquisition Experience hiring for BFSI/NBFC industry roles Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidate must have prior experience in BFSI or NBFC recruitment
