Job Title: Full Time Remote Recruiter

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Salary – 12000/- to 15000/- per month

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.

2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidate fit.

4. Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience.

2. Technical non IT Recruitement.

3. Any Bachelor’s degree

4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple openings.

7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
