Vedicderm is looking for a sharp, research-driven, and detail-oriented New Product Development Operation Executive to join our growing team.
At Vedicderm, we work at the intersection of Clinical Ayurveda, modern skin science, formulation research, advanced delivery technologies, and thoughtful product packaging.
We are looking for someone who can support the development of effective, compliant, and market-relevant skincare and wellness products.
The ideal candidate should be strong with:
– Product Research
– Packaging Development
– Market Trend Evaluation
– Product Documentation
– Regulatory Understanding within the Skincare, Personal Care, or Wellness Category.
Key responsibilities will include:
Packaging Formats, Claims, Market Benchmarks, Documentation Requirements, and relevant Rules and Regulations for Product Development.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee NPD processes efficiently
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Proactive approach to project management with a focus on meeting timelines and maintaining product quality
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred
