Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide primary treatment to routine/emergency patient in absence of Doctor
- Conduct various investigation (ECG, PFT, x-ray, Audiometry & anthropometric measurements)for medical monitoring as per schedule
- Dispense the medicines as advised by doctor & perform inventory management
- Monitor various vital parameters of patient and impart treatment as advised by doctor
- Provide training to employees and contract workers
- Conduct checks of various hospital and ambulance equipment
- Active participation in various health promotional activities
- Bio-waste management
- Conduct disinfection / sterilization of medical equipment
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in patient care management to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong clinical knowledge necessary for all nursing activities effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to manage emergency situations with a calm and organized approach. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in nursing home administration to facilitate smooth healthcare operations.
- Competence in paramedics to support and enhance patient handling capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
