About the Role

Cult.fit is seeking detail-oriented and passionate interns to support the development of a structured recipe database. This role involves researching and standardizing recipes to build a high-quality, scalable culinary data system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a structured recipe database based on assigned dish names
• Research and document:
• Ingredients
• Quantity per serving
• Step-by-step preparation methods
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization across all recipes
• Complete a daily target of 72 recipes (9 recipes per hour)
• Use reference materials such as cookbooks and trusted culinary websites (e.g., Tarla Dalal, Sanjeev Kapoor)
• Maintain and update data using Excel or similar tools

Important Guidelines

• Use of AI tools for recipe generation is strictly prohibited
• All recipes must be curated manually through research and understanding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cuisines and cooking techniques
• Ability to standardize recipes with precision
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment
