We are looking for an Organization Development (OD) & Research Executive to support the documentation and structuring of LCPL’s consulting deliverables. This is a role that sits at the heart of our consulting operations, converting complex organizational inputs into clear, professional and client-ready documentation. This is a consultancy support role.
The role begins with a structured handholding phase where you will learn LCPL’s consulting frameworks, documentation standards and report formats. Over time, you will be expected to own this function independently, managing report quality, timelines and consistency across all client deliverables.

Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare, structure and maintain high-quality OD reports, diagnostic study reports, executive summaries and intervention documents
2. Compile inputs from consultants, directors and HOD discussions into professionally written, well-structured and client-ready reports
3. Ensure consistency in formatting, language quality and overall presentation across all client deliverables
4. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling all client and organizational information
Special Projects-
1. Build and manage LCPL’s employer branding presence on Ambition Box
2. Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned
Skill(s) required

Other requirements
1. Graduate or postgraduate in Psychology, HR, Mass Communications or a related field
2. Good written communication skills in English which is structured, precise and professional
3. Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and consistency
4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint
5. Fresher to 2 years of experience in documentation, content writing, HR or consulting support
6. Prior exposure to OD, HR or consulting environments is an advantage, not a requirement
