Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Track, verify, and update backlinks across websites, blogs, directories, listings, and third-party platforms.
- Check backlink status to ensure links are live, accurate, and directed to the correct website pages.
- Identify and report broken, outdated, redirected, or incorrect backlinks.
- Maintain backlink tracking sheets using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Verify anchor text, target URLs, do-follow/no-follow status, and overall link placement quality.
- Support directory submissions, citation updates, and local SEO listing management activities.
- Conduct competitor backlink research and identify potential link-building opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for backlink updates and SEO reporting processes.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and updated backlink database.
- Prepare daily and weekly backlink status reports.
