Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Accountant for a full-time, on-site position in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. You will also assist in budget preparation, audit processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience with accounting software and tools such as Excel, Tally, or similar applications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare financial reports and assist in budget management
- Attention to detail, accuracy in work, and ability to reconcile accounts effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders
- Basic understanding of audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
