About the Role
This is not a desk-only job. Along with office documentation, you’ll also step out when needed for important work like bank visits and document submissions. If you’re organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple small tasks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office paperwork and filing
- Maintain records, documents, and office files properly
- Assist in preparing letters, documents, and basic reports
- Coordinate with different departments for document collection and submission
- Visit banks, government offices, and other locations for official work when required
- Collect and submit important documents from sites or clients
- Support management with routine administrative and travel booking tasks
- Ensure documents are safely stored and easy to access
Who Can Apply
- Graduate in any stream (12th pass with good experience can also apply)
- 0–3 years of experience in office or administrative work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with field work like bank visits and document submissions
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good communication and coordination skills
