Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients
- Provide information about courses and services
- Handle inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 4 hours per day
- Shift Options:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Salary
- ₹4,000 per month
Requirements
- Languages (Mandatory):
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Preferred: Knowledge of any other South Indian language
