Key Responsibilities include:-
Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documentation
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Assisting visitors and clients with necessary information and support
Performing data entry and ensuring accuracy in reports and records
Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflow
Ensuring office supplies are maintained and replenished
Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High attention to detail
Ability to handle clients and visitors professionally
Adaptability to changing work priorities
Leadership ability to supervise and delegate tasks when required
Positive attitude and team player
Professional behavior and presentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
