• Candidate sourcing through job portals and social media.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Conducting candidate follow-ups and interview coordination.
• Vacancy generation and client follow-up.
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Any Degree.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
