Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end pre/post-offer formalities and onboarding, ensuring large-scale candidate integration suited for BPO environments.
- Coordinate and track completion of extensive candidate documentation and high-volume background verifications.
- Implement robust follow-up mechanisms to address delays in documentation and background checks, prioritizing efficient bulk onboarding.
- Liaise proactively with HR operations, background verification vendors, and recruiters to streamline high-volume onboarding processes.
- Monitor joining status of multiple candidates simultaneously; flag and resolve issues affecting onboarding timelines.
- Prepare, update, and analyze comprehensive recruitment and onboarding dashboards tailored to bulk hiring metrics and trends.
- Provide data support and insights for ongoing bulk recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all recruitment and HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for large candidate batches.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Qualification- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Candidates upto 5 years of experience in Onboarding and Background verification
- Work Location: Noida (work from office)
- 5 Days working (Candidates should be flexible for extra day)
- Candidates should have hands on experience of onboarding and offer creation in Bulk hiring.
