About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Online Business Manager (OBM) to support entrepreneurs and business leaders with administrative, operational, research, and project coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and executive schedules.
• Conduct online research and prepare reports/documentation.
• Maintain databases, MIS reports, and business records.
• Generate leads, manage CRM updates, and track sales pipelines.
• Coordinate projects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience.
• Graduate degree preferred (or 5+ years of full-time work experience).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM, and remote collaboration tools.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, headset, and webcam.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
