Position Overview
Hello Teacher Academy is seeking an experienced, school-employed ICSE English Teacher to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for a current school educator looking to utilize their expertise in a structured online academy environment.
We require someone who is fully well-versed in the ICSE English curriculum (Language & Literature) and ready to begin classes without delay.
Shift & Availability Requirements
- Initial Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Must be available during this specific morning hour immediately).
- Future Schedule: This shift will eventually transition into evening hours. Flexibility to adapt to evening batches later on is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highly engaging, exam-oriented online English lessons covering both ICSE Language and Literature.
- Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, focusing on answer-writing techniques, grammar proficiency, and literary analysis.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve their academic outcomes.
- Align teaching methods with Hello Teacher Academy’s high standards of personalized academic mentorship.
Candidate Requirements
- Current Experience: Must be a currently working school teacher with active experience teaching the ICSE curriculum.
- Subject Expertise: Deep, authoritative knowledge of the ICSE English board pattern, marking schemes, and syllabus guidelines.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM weekday slot starting now, and transition to evenings later.
- Tech Readiness: A stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, a functional laptop/PC, and familiarity with conducting smooth online classes.
Pay: Up to ₹500.00 per hour
