Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Marketing Manager, located in Jaipur.

Execute outbound marketing strategies to generate new business leads

Identify and target potential clients through online research and outreach

Perform profile building and link-building activities to enhance brand visibility

Promote services across marketplace platforms and business directories

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (cold & nurture sequences)

Leverage LinkedIn marketing for lead generation and networking

Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to improve conversions

Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing / outbound marketing / lead generation

Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and online branding

Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems

Excellent communication and persuasive skills

Self-driven, creative, and target-oriented mindset
