Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Reputation Management (ORM) role based in Delhi. The ORM specialist will monitor brand mentions across review platforms, social media, forums, and search results, and flag potential risks or opportunities. The role involves drafting and publishing timely, on-brand responses to reviews, comments, and queries, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and close the feedback loop. The specialist will track sentiment trends, prepare regular reports, and recommend actions to improve brand perception and customer experience. The role also includes collaborating with content, social media, and performance marketing teams to support proactive campaigns that strengthen and protect clients’ online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses across platforms.
• Proficient Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to monitor sentiment, identify trends, and derive actionable insights from online data.
• Ability and willingness to participate in Training, knowledge-sharing, and process documentation to improve ORM practices.
• Familiarity with ORM and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar) and major digital platforms (Google, Meta, review sites).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts or brand projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, customer support, or community management is an advantage.
