Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our Home Collection team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting patients’ homes to collect blood and other samples while ensuring high standards of hygiene, patient comfort, and accurate sample handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per assigned slots
- Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate records of collections and patient details
- Handle patient queries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with logistics and lab teams for timely sample delivery
- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Certification/Diploma in Phlebotomy, MLT, or DMLT
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply if trained)
- Good knowledge of blood collection procedures and safety protocols
- Willingness to travel locally for home collections
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Basic communication skills in local language and English
- Smartphone usage for app-based updates
