Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visnagar for an Operation and Maintenance Engineer – Solar. The role involves conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and managing the upkeep of solar equipment to ensure optimal performance. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system functionality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The engineer will also coordinate maintenance schedules and collaborate with team members to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Proficiency in conducting preventive maintenance and overall maintenance management
• Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts, particularly in solar energy systems
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on project progress
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in the renewable energy sector
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and drawings
• Experience with solar equipment and operational systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
