We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations & SOP Manager to streamline and strengthen operations across all outlets of our retail business. The candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, maintaining process discipline, and coordinating with outlet teams and department heads.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of retail operations, process management, team coordination, and business systems.
