As an Operation Associate at Acuitty Consultant LLP , you will be the first point of contact for sellers on one of the worlds largest e-commerce platforms. Youll play a vital role in resolving seller concerns, offering guidance on platform features, and ensuring a seamless support experience through email communication.

Responsibilities

• Responding to seller queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Identifying seller needs and helping sellers use specific features.
• Analysing and troubleshooting seller concern.
• To resolve seller queries within the assigned TAT.
• Coordinate with the team for updates.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in English is mandatory .
• Prior experience in an BPO International process is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (shifts rotate every 12 months).

Working Details

• Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Night Shifts | 2 Week-Offs
• Eligibility: Open to Freshers
• Work from Office.
