Experience : -Minimum 15 to 20 Year’s of experience as Operation Head , Team Leading , Plant Head , fromAutomobile ,forging , machining Industries. Candidate should have experience in minimum 200 to 300 machines handling.

Job Description : –

• Production Manufacturing Management
• Oversee daily operations across forging, machining, gear cutting, grinding, and welding.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
• Optimize machine utilization, manpower productivity, and cycle times.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement improvements.
• Planning Execution
• Lead production planning in coordination with PPC (Production Planning Control).
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and customer commitments.
• Balance load across departments to avoid bottlenecks.
• Cost Control Profitability
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across processes (material yield, tooling, energy).
• Monitor conversion cost and identify areas for savings.
• Improve operational efficiency to enhance margins.
• Quality Management
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
• Implement quality systems like SPC, poka-yoke, and root cause analysis.
• Supply Chain Inventory Coordination
• Work closely with purchase and stores to ensure raw material availability.
• Optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG).
• Ensure smooth inward and material flow across stages.
• Process Improvement Lean Initiatives
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices.
• Identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
• Lead automation and process improvement projects.
• Team Management Leadership
• Lead and mentor production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Develop second-line leadership.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and skill development of workforce.
• Maintenance Equipment Reliability
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of machines.
• Minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Improve machine efficiency and life.
• Safety Compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Drive zero-accident culture.
• Maintain environmental and regulatory norms.
• Customer Coordination
• Interface with customers for delivery, quality, and development issues.
• Support audits and new product development activities.
