We an urgent opening for Operations Manager – from North East Region for Crystal Works at Sainik Farm (Near Saket)
MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
4–10 years of experience in operations management, regional operations, logistics, supply chain, retail, FMCG, telecom, infrastructure, or service industries.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing multi-location operations and teams.
Experience working in the North East region and understanding of local market dynamics is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of operational excellence, process improvement, budgeting, and resource management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational management systems.
Willingness to travel extensively across the North East region.
