Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home role for an Operations and Documentation Executive at NEXT SHIPPING LINE. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export documentation in line with international shipping and compliance requirements. The Operations and Documentation Executive will coordinate with internal teams, clients, shipping lines, and agents to ensure timely and accurate documentation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date records, verifying data in systems, monitoring shipment status, and communicating clearly with stakeholders. The role also includes supporting process improvements, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing regular updates and reports to the operations team.
Qualifications

• Strong documentation skills, including experience with Document Management and general Documentation processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Export Documentation and Export procedures within logistics or freight forwarding.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and the ability to learn logistics or ERP systems.
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow standard operating procedures while working from home.
