Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Operations and Logistics Coordinator. The role involves managing inventory, streamlining supply chain processes, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services. Responsibilities include analyzing operations data, maintaining impeccable customer service, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and continuously optimizing logistics and workflow. Daily tasks will require robust organizational skills, problem-solving, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Experience with Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee product flow and ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software or tools for inventory and supply chain management is advantageous.
