Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, India, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Operations and Marketing Manager will oversee logistics and marketing activities to ensure seamless execution of services. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating operations related to freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation; managing client relations and ensuring timely project delivery; strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance business visibility; developing client acquisition and retention plans; and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold service excellence and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation management
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and brand management
• Proficiency in client management, client acquisition, and building lasting partnerships
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage hybrid work environments, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge or experience in the exhibition logistics industry and familiarity with the customs process in India is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields; an advanced degree or certification is an asset
