Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations and Support Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Operations and Support Engineer will monitor, maintain, and support Fetosense® systems deployed at partner healthcare facilities, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with clinical and technical teams, managing incident tickets, and documenting resolutions. The role involves on-site installation, configuration, and testing of systems, as well as training local users on best practices and basic troubleshooting. The engineer will also assist in process improvements, provide feedback to the product and engineering teams, and support periodic reporting on system performance and field op
erations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in systems operations and technical support, including troubleshooting, incident management, and documentation.
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance in a field or on-site setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clinical staff, internal teams, and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfort with using support tools, ticketing systems, and remote diagnostic utilities.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and, when required, visit partner healthcare facilities for deployments or escalations.
- Prior experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or health-tech startups is an advantage.
