Job description:
We are looking for a sincere and organized candidate for day-to-day office operations, billing support, customer coordination, and order processing activities at our Patna office.
The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable handling office coordination work, billing documentation, Excel records, follow-ups with customers and suppliers, and well versed in accounting software like busy and tally.. Candidates willing to learn and work in a practical business environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and maintain proper records
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and billing documents
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and dispatch updates
- Assist in payment follow-ups and maintain billing records
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport/logistics teams for material dispatch
- Maintain stock and inventory-related records
- Update Excel sheets and operational records regularly
- Support daily office operations and coordination activities
- Work with sales and accounts team for smooth order execution
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office knowledge, and accounting software like Busy and Tally required
- Basic understanding of billing and office documentation preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates from Patna or nearby areas preferred
- Experience 2-5
