Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review, verify, and maintain client identity and compliance documentation
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Coordinate with clients via calls and emails for clarifications and follow-ups
- Handle client account management, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and follow compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in data management, auditing, or data operations
- Hands-on experience with identity verification and compliance processes
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets (well-versed in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation)
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Prior night shift experience is mandatory
- Experience in client account management and direct client coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,581.68 – ₹35,000.00 per month
