Role Description
We are hiring an Accounts, HR & Administration Executive to manage key finance, compliance, people, and office operations for a growing 50-member pan-India team.
This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to leadership. You will play a critical part in keeping the organization efficient, disciplined, and well-structured across day-to-day operations.
More importantly, this role is built for growth. As the company scales, the right candidate will have the opportunity to help build separate Accounts, HR, and Administration functions, hire team members under each vertical, and eventually manage those teams.
This role also carries ESOP potential for the right long-term contributor.
