Operations Executive – D2C Brand Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage logistics coordination for our D2C and Quick Commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in shipment tracking, courier coordination, marketplace operations, and delivery monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with courier and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery within TAT/SLA timelines.
• Handle operations for Quick Commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Manage reverse logistics, RTOs, return pickups, and GRN coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, courier partners, and marketplace POCs for smooth dispatch operations.
• Track pending shipments, failed deliveries, and operational escalations.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and shipment trackers.
• Maintain accurate Excel-based operational reports and dashboards.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills

• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or quick commerce operations.
• Good understanding of logistics, courier coordination, and shipment lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of TAT/SLA management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, MIS Reporting).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
