Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Chennai. The Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on event management and operational coordination.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, overseeing project timelines, supporting operations management, analyzing workflow efficiencies, and implementing strategies to improve productivity. The role also involves collaborating with creative, marketing, production, and client servicing teams to ensure successful event delivery and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Expertise in operations management and event coordination to oversee and streamline daily business activities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to evaluate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in vendor management, logistics planning, project coordination, and event execution is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic event environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in operations, event management, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
