Operations Executive in Jaipur Full Time

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain and update inventory sheets daily.
• Track stock movement across the warehouse, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
• Identify stock mismatches and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain SKU-wise stock accuracy.
• Create inventory reports and stock summaries.
• Help improve inventory tracking systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Order Processing & Dispatch:
• Process daily Shopify orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners.
• Ensure timely dispatch and order accuracy.
• Handle failed deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Monitor operational bottlenecks and delays.
• Excel & Reporting:
• Build and maintain operational trackers.
• Create dashboards for inventory and dispatch performance.
• Use formulas and logic to automate repetitive tasks.
• Analyze operational data and suggest process improvements.
• Process Improvement:
• Improve operational efficiency through better systems.
• Create SOPs for repetitive workflows.
• Reduce manual errors and improve overall accuracy.
