Job Summary 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive – Back Office to support daily operations, data management, and property listing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in data handling and website verification processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end property listings across major OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and other distribution channels. 
• Create, update, and maintain accurate property information, including descriptions, amenities, pricing details, policies, images, and availability data in internal databases and partner platforms. 
• Ensure all property advertisements and listings remain accurate, optimized, and up to date across all online channels. 
• Monitor listing quality and visibility to ensure properties are correctly positioned and displayed on OTA platforms. 
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify missing, incorrect, or outdated property information and resolve discrepancies promptly. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new rental properties and ensure smooth listing activation. 
• Troubleshoot listing-related issues such as duplicate listings, content mismatches, incorrect mapping, or synchronization errors. 
• Work closely with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to support property launches and ongoing account management. 
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across databases, websites, and distribution channels. 
• Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency within the back-office team. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Excellent English communication and grammar skills (Mandatory). 
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data handling, back-office operations, or similar roles. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management. 
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. 
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience working with OTAs or hospitality/property management platforms. 
• Knowledge of online distribution channels and listing optimization. 
• Familiarity with CRM or property management systems.
