OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – WFH Full Time

We’re looking for an Operations Executive who can seamlessly manage operations, coordinate sessions, and support our publishing and content efforts—someone who is both organized and creative.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
• Coordinate with different teams to keep workflows seamless
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Plan and schedule engaging sessions
• Draft website, blog, and social media content when needed
• Collaborate with editors, publishing coordinators, and operations teams
• Assist in recruitment processes—from screening to coordination (when needed)
• Work independently and manage your responsibilities end-to-end

Eligibility

• Graduates with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Individuals returning from a career break are welcome
• Available for a full-time Work from Home role
• Comfortable working 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (6 days a week)
• Have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
• Schedule: 2 PM – 10 PM | 6 days a week
