Operations & Finance Associate Full Time

We are onboarding – Operations & Finance Associate | Full-time | On-site, Indore

At COLOR CAPITAL, we’re looking for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving operations. This role sits at the intersection of retail operations, inventory coordination, reporting, and finance support.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operational workflows, maintaining detailed Excel trackers and MIS reports, coordinating with internal teams and marketplaces, monitoring inventory and dispatch processes, and assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and account-related tasks.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is extremely comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Can handle numbers, reports, and operational follow-ups efficiently

• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

• Has prior experience in operations, accounts, retail, or backend coordination (preferred)
