Key Responsibilities.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, department heads, and administrative personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and quality standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
• Assist in strategic planning and project management initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of non-clinical staff.
• Handle patient complaints, incident reports, and service recovery.
• Prepare and present operational reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in healthcare management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
