Role Description

Operations / Production Executive

Location: Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and daily operations management

• Shop floor supervision and workforce coordination

• GMP, HACCP and food safety compliance

• Quality monitoring and process control

• Documentation and record management

• Raw material, production and dispatch coordination

• Employee training and implementation of SOPs

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Frozen Food Manufacturing

• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Systems

• Experience in handling production teams and daily operations

• Knowledge of frozen products such as Momos, Spring Rolls, Dim Sums, Dumplings, Ready-to-Cook products, etc.

• Ability to independently manage plant operations and ensure production targets are achieved
