We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate for handling both office documentation and site coordination activities.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Quotation making and official documentation

• Report preparation and data updating

• Billing and paperwork handling

• Site attendance management

• Gate pass processing for team members and instruments

• Work monitoring and coordination

• Maintaining office and site records

• Communication with site teams and office staff

✅ Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel across India for site work

• Responsible and organized work attitude

• Electrical/Technical background preferred
