🚨 Walk-in Drive | Order Management Specialist / Team Lead – Pune | SAP Mandatory

We are hiring Order Management Professionals & Team Leads for Pune location. Looking for candidates with strong experience in Order Management (Quote-to-Cash) along with SAP expertise and team handling exposure.

Role: Order Management (Supply Chain Operations)

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–5 Years (Specialist Role)

CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Specialist Role)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Flexible / Rotational

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Dates: 03 June & 05 June 2026

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end Order Management (Quote-to-Cash cycle)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Order Management / Quote-to-Cash

Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory – profiles without SAP will not be considered)

Experience in order creation, booking, validation, and fulfillment

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics for smooth order execution

Manage order tracking, shipment status, and delivery timelines

Handle order discrepancies, returns, and escalations

Maintain accurate records and MIS reports

Team Lead Requirement:

Minimum 6+ years of total experience in Order Management

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Team Lead role within Order Management

Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory)

Good knowledge of KPI, KRA, and SLA management

Experience in handling team size of 20+ members

Responsible for team performance, workload allocation, and escalation handling

CTC for Team Lead Role: ₹9 – ₹11 LPA
