About Position

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You’ll oversee planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company. The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

Recruitment

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to the hiring requirements for the Business Unit
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine the professional who would be an ideal fit
• Should Have managed a team of 20 to 30 people to deliver the hiring numbers
• Experience in bulk hiring in IT services set up would be an advantage
• Effective use of social media hiring, Webinars, Hiring Challenges etc. for hiring
• Managing TA branding activities
• Global hiring experience would be preferred

Metrics

• Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews) and tracking its effectiveness
• Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance of TA partners (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, source-of-hire, Joining Ratio etc.)
• Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Effectively manage relationships with recruiting agencies
• Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices to the workplace
• We expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function

Expertise You’ll Bring

• 16 to 18 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition in services set up.
• A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting.
• A Hustler with a strong can-do mentality to build on a vision, to deliver the results.
• Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines, and in a growth environment.
• Strong sense of excellence and will to do increasingly.
• Great hold on ATS
