Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Dehradun. The Owner will oversee daily operations, implement strategic plans, and ensure the company’s financial health and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include managing cross-departmental teams, developing long-term goals, maintaining client relationships, ensuring product quality, and identifying growth opportunities. The Owner will also represent AEIPL in key client and stakeholder meetings, fostering both company success and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning, leadership, and organizational management skills
• Experience in operations management, supply chain logistics, and production engineering
• Knowledge of automotive components, such as wiring harnesses, controllers, and related systems
• Proficiency in client relationship management and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
• Ability to navigate regulatory compliance and quality certification processes (e.g., ISO/TS 16949)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus
