Packing / Assembly Line Incharge Full Time

Hydrokraft GLC is looking for a proactive Packing / Assembly Line Incharge to manage assembly and packing operations efficiently. The role requires strong critical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage and motivate a large unskilled workforce while implementing systems and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assembly and packing line activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage workforce allocation and productivity.
• Develop and implement systems for improved efficiency and accountability.
• Monitor line performance and identify process bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain production records and performance reports.
• Train workers on standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Foster discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing assembly or packing operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle and motivate unskilled or semi-skilled manpower.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods, kitchenware, drinkware, stainless steel products, or related manufacturing industries.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Production, or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
