Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post-Packing Assistant to support post-production activities, including coordination of printing, packing, and dispatch operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely shipment of finished goods, and supporting documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities 1.Coordinate daily printing, packing, and dispatch activities. 2.Generate and verify batch-related documents, labels, and packing records. Maintain accurate records of packing and dispatch operations. 3.Prepare dispatch documentation and ensure timely shipment of products. Monitor packing material usage and maintain inventory records. 4.Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow. 5.Update and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and Word. 6.Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements. 7.Assist in preparing reports related to packing and dispatch activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
