Paid Media Buyer (D2C & Performance Marketing)

If you’ve started running ads and want to actually learn scaling, this role will push you.

What You Will Own

• Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta & Google
• Assist in campaign setup, testing, and reporting
• Monitor daily performance and flag issues
• Support creative testing and audience experiments
• Learn how D2C businesses operate and scale

What You Should Be Good At

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in ads
• Basic understanding of performance metrics
• Curious, proactive, willing to learn fast
