DViO Digital is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our performance marketing team in Pune.

We are seeking someone who brings strong platform expertise, agency experience, and the ability to take complete ownership of the accounts they manage — from campaign planning to optimization and performance outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple client accounts, large campaign volumes, and performance-driven objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned client accounts and paid media campaigns
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace platforms
• Manage campaign execution at scale across multiple brands and industries
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies
• Analyze performance data and implement regular optimization to improve outcomes
• Work closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, and client servicing
• Provide clear updates and insights on campaign performance
• Ensure campaigns are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple industries
• Ability to manage high campaign volumes and multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of at least two or more paid media platforms, such as:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Strong analytical approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
• Ownership mindset with accountability for campaign results
• Clear and confident communication skills when working with internal teams and stakeholders
