Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruvannamalai for a Paint Shop professional. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the paint shop, ensuring quality control, process adherence, and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment functionality, maintaining safety standards, supervising paint application processes, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in paint application processes, equipment operation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards relevant to a paint shop environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in team coordination and effective communication
- Basic knowledge of materials and chemicals used in industrial painting processes
- Previous experience in a similar role within the mining, metals, or manufacturing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a relevant field preferred
