Role Overview

We are hiring a Paralegal to support the legal team across corporate, contracts, litigation, and compliance work. The role combines strong research with the operational discipline that keeps legal moving.

Key Responsibilities

– Draft and review routine commercial agreements and amendments

– Manage corporate records, board minutes, and entity filings

– Conduct legal research and prepare summaries

– Support litigation and dispute matters with discovery and document management

– Maintain contract repositories, signature workflows, and CLM hygiene

– Partner with attorneys on diligence, transactions, and compliance projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

– 2+ years as a paralegal in a firm or in-house legal team

– Paralegal certificate or equivalent education

– Strong drafting, research, and proofreading skills

– Familiarity with CLM, e-signature, and legal research platforms

– Excellent written communication and attention to detail

– Discretion when handling confidential information
