Role Description
We are seeking qualified and experienced Company Secretaries (CS) to associate with us on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are either looking for flexible work or are currently employed and can dedicate 2–3 days per week or who can devote a couple of hours each day for PBL work
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle ROC filings, returns, and documentation
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
- Support board meetings, prepare minutes, and resolutions
- Provide expert guidance on corporate governance and company law
Qualifications
- Qualified or Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory
- Relevant experience in compliance and company law
- Working professionals who can spare 2–3 days per week are welcome
- Must be based in Visakhapatnam
Compensation:
- Payment will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and availability
